Terms & Conditions

1. Payment & fees

  • All fees must be paid at the beginning of every month, before lessons commence.
  • Accepted payment methods: PayNow, PayLah!, or cash — in Singapore dollars only.
  • All fees and deposits paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • A deposit is collected upon enrolment and will be used to offset the final month of lessons.

2. Lesson scheduling

  • In months with five weeks, there will be no lesson in the fifth week.
  • There are no lessons on Singapore public holidays, Chinese New Year's Eve, or Christmas Eve.
  • The instructor reserves the right to reschedule the time or venue of lessons where necessary.

3. Absences & make-up lessons

  • There are no make-up or replacement lessons for absences due to rain, student absence, or overseas travel.
  • If a lesson is cancelled by the instructor, a make-up lesson will be arranged where possible.

4. Discontinuation

  • Students wishing to discontinue lessons must give at least one calendar month's advance notice.
  • Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a charge equivalent to one month's fees in lieu of notice.

5. Student conduct

  • Students are expected to behave respectfully toward the instructor and other participants at all times.
  • The instructor reserves the right to suspend or terminate lessons for any student whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, rude, or disruptive, without refund.

6. Health & safety

  • Students must inform the instructor of any medical conditions, physical limitations, or recent injuries prior to commencing lessons.
  • Star Swim Aquatic shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in lessons, except where caused by the instructor's negligence.
  • Participation in lessons is at the student's own risk.

7. Changes to these terms

Star Swim Aquatic reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in lessons following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
