Questions about lessons at Sengkang Swimming Complex
Are there lessons on Mondays?
No. Sengkang Swimming Complex is closed every Monday for maintenance, so lessons here run on the other days. If Monday is a public holiday the pool opens 8am–9:30pm as usual.
Do we pay pool entry on top of the lesson fee?
Yes. Each swimmer pays ActiveSG entry at the counter. This is a feature pool, so entry costs more than at a normal ActiveSG pool — check the current rates. There is no other charge from us beyond the monthly fee.
What happens if it rains or there is lightning?
Light rain is fine — the pool is already wet. If the lifeguard clears the pool for lightning, we switch to land drills on the deck.
Can you teach at our condo instead?
Yes, if your condo allows external coaches. We teach at over 100 condo pools. See condo swimming lessons.
